Automatically notify colleagues of your funded finance deals

Every time an APPROVE financing deal is funded for your business, we automatically send a "Deal Funded" email notification to your primary APPROVE accountholder's email address. Several APPROVE customers told us they would like some of their colleagues to receive the "Deal Funded" notification emails too.

We thought that was a pretty great idea  - so we've added a feature to make it easy to add the email addresses you want to receive the notification. 

 

Here's how to add email addresses

  1. If you're not already, login to your APPROVE account and click "Settings".

  2. Now click "APPROVE Settings" followed by "Account".

  3. Next, click "Email Settings".

  4. Now, simply enter an email address in the "Email" field and click "Add Notification".

The entered email will now receive the automated "Deal Funded" notification email. Repeat this step for each email address you want to receive the notifications.
